Given a menu right away then discussing the specials, I ordered the meat loaf, mashed potatoes and white beans, corn bread with a salad and water. It was good home cooking and hit the spot. The atmosphere is nice too. Soooo Good Food. Friendly, Cheery servers and a Family owned business. This little Mom n Pop Restaurant might be just what you need to fill your stomach, put a smile on your face and improve your day. If I'm in town again, I'll be back. I recommend it. ”
“ Me and a friend decided to try this place on a whim today for lunch, and we sure are glad that we did. Amazing food and quaint atmosphere. Jimmy waited on us and made sure that we enjoyed our food. He talked to us for a bit about the restaurant, they’ve been open for 22 years and it shows - they definitely know their stuff. My friend ordered the patty melt on a light rye that tasted great. I had the homemade chicken salad wrap. Jimmy even offered to let me sample some of the chicken salad before I ordered it. The fries were homemade and delicious. The prices are very reasonable. This is a family owned and operated establishment and you can really tell. The food, service, and atmosphere was nice, and everyone was so friendly. There aren’t many of these places left! Support local - go try some of their food, you won’t regret it. We’ll definitely be back. Five stars across the board. ”
